I believe that scaling your Information Security Program is the best way to tackle security within your organization. Ways to do this successfully include:

• Developing effective, innovative ways to scale security for your users, such as turning your training process into a game. Users respond well to games, so you can train and then challenge them to security standards.
• Use tools such as KnowBe4 and PhishMe, among others that can help you educate, train and proactively test your users.
• Isolate and modularize security policies and procedures historically managed by HR.
• Push training right down to the user rather than a classroom format. This can be done internally or by outsourcing a third party vendor.
