“Clear as mud?” is something I always joke about with my team.
But when our office shut down & we all were working remote – I realized how important it really is for IT Leaders to have CLEAR COMMUNICATIONS 💧.
I discussed this with George Prior, VP of IT at Whitney, Bradley & Brown, on what Clear Communications require:
- Affirmation that the task is understood
- Clear guidance around expectations
- Focus on the outcome – your staff may have better ways of getting things done
Clarity with communication and leadership is more important than ever.
