Clinton Weaver is a seasoned finance and operations leader with more than 15 years of experience guiding high-growth MSP and MSSP organizations through complex scaling, operational improvement, and value-creation initiatives. His background spans managed services, cybersecurity, and SaaS businesses, where he led FP&A, forecasting, pricing strategy, M&A integration, and the development of data-driven operating frameworks.

Having served in senior finance roles across multiple MSP/MSSPs, Clinton has built financial infrastructures that enhance visibility into ARR, service margins, utilization, and customer-level profitability while supporting both organic and acquisition-driven expansion. He brings extensive experience working with private-equity sponsors and partnering closely with CEOs and boards to refine operating models and prepare companies for successful exits.

At Redzone, Clinton applies his deep understanding of the MSP/MSSP business model, cybersecurity economics, and scalable financial processes to strengthen the company’s financial discipline and support the next phase of strategic growth.
