Wade Tucker brings more than 16 years in cybersecurity and business continuity to the RedZone team. He is often the first person a new client works with.

Before RedZone, he built and led Passpoint Security as CEO. Passpoint tested and secured regulated organizations through penetration testing, PCI scanning, compliance readiness, ransomware impact analysis and business continuity planning. He worked directly with its clients in financial services, healthcare, legal and other regulated industries, and with the partners who serve them. Those clients and partners came with him to RedZone in 2026.

At RedZone, he helps organizations decide where to start, whether that is a penetration test, a compliance gap assessment or a full managed security program, and he stays involved as the work expands into IT and compliance. He has long made the case for testing defenses before an attacker does, and for fixing what the tests find.

Earlier in his career, he was a senior sales executive at Preparis, a business continuity company.
