About the Job

RedZone is hiring a Channel Manager to own and grow the RedZone/Passpoint partner motion across MSP/MSSP and TSD-driven channels. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can recruit and grow partners, lead or co-lead first prospect meetings, and build enablement that makes partner sales teams bring better-qualified opportunities than competing security solutions providers. You'll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and delivery, with a clear mandate: grow a healthy, productive partner book and keep the co-sell motion fast, reliable, and easy for partners to run. This is a senior individual-contributor role, not an entry point into channel - you should already be running an MSP/MSSP or security partner book, comfortable leading a first meeting without a sales engineer in the room, and thinking in terms of pipeline and bookings, not just relationships.

Why RedZone

RedZone offers the chance to help shape a channel motion that is already working and ready to scale. This is not a placeholder partner role or a relationship-maintenance seat — it is a high-impact opportunity to build with credibility, move quickly, and create a partner experience that stands out in a crowded market. For the right person, it is a chance to work across recognized channel relationships, represent security solutions that matter to customers, and make a visible contribution to how RedZone grows through partners. If you're a technical-leaning channel operator building toward VP, this is the seat that proves you're ready for more ownership - a step up, not a sideways move.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment, onboarding, and growth of a defined MSP/MSSP and TSD partner portfolio.

• Identify and qualify new channel partners against RedZone/Passpoint's ideal partner profile and strategic fit.

• Run partner onboarding: enablement, positioning, deal registration mechanics, and systems access to get new partners production-ready on a predictable timeline.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for your partner portfolio and lead regular business reviews focused on production trends, pipeline health, and blockers.

• Build and execute account plans that drive expansion across RedZone/Passpoint's broader security solutions, not just the initial entry motion.

• Own deal registration intake and qualification for partner-sourced opportunities, keeping attribution and dispute handling clean and fast.

• Coordinate handoffs between partners and internal sales/delivery teams so joint deals move without stalling at the seams.

• Lead or co-lead first prospect meetings when needed, running discovery, qualifying fit, and positioning RedZone/Passpoint security solutions clearly before bringing in technical resources.

• Design and deliver partner sales enablement - training, scripts, objection handling, and simple plays - that make it easier for partner reps to identify fit and bring better-qualified opportunities.

• Track partner-level production and pipeline against target, escalating underperformance early with a concrete plan, not just a flag.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in channel/partner management, alliance management, or closely related indirect-sales roles; MSP, cybersecurity, or B2B technology channel experience strongly preferred.

• Strong technical fluency and comfort carrying a first prospect meeting end-to-end: discovery, qualification, business framing, and clear next steps.

• Ability to position security solutions credibly in front of prospects and partner sales teams without needing an engineer for every early-stage conversation.

• Working knowledge of TSD (master agent/distributor) relationships and day-to-day motion: sub-agent enablement, deal flow, and commission mechanics.

• Proven track record of managing a partner portfolio to measurable production growth, not just relationship maintenance.

• Demonstrated success building partner sales enablement that leads to more and better-qualified opportunities (training, scripts, objections, repeatable plays).

• Comfortable owning process - deal registration, attribution, and reporting - as much as owning relationships.

• Strong cross-functional coordination skills; experienced at working with sales, marketing, and delivery to keep the partner motion aligned.

• Clear, confident communicator who can run partner business reviews and internal working sessions as comfortably as first calls with prospects.

• Willing and able to travel up to 50% for partner meetings, events, and joint field work.
