1. About these terms. These terms govern your use of redzonetech.net (the "Site"), operated by RedZone Technologies, LLC ("RedZone"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Terms for RedZone services. These terms cover the Site only. Services RedZone provides to clients are governed by the RedZone Master Services Agreement, the Services Guide and the client's accepted Quote. If these terms conflict with those documents, those documents control.

3. Use of the Site. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, interfere with its operation, scan or test it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or use automated means to collect its content in bulk.

4. Intellectual property. The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and the RedZone name and marks, belong to RedZone or its licensors. You may view and share Site content for your own informational use. Any other use requires our written permission.

5. Information on the Site. Content on the Site is general information. It is not legal, compliance or security advice for your specific situation, and it is not an offer or a commitment to provide services. Service descriptions on the Site are summaries. The Services Guide and your accepted Quote define what is delivered.

6. Third-party links. The Site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site.

8. Disclaimer. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, RedZone disclaims all warranties about the Site, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, RedZone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for any dispute about the Site is Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

11. Changes. We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
